TERMS OF USE

THE SHORT VERSION

• You must be 18 or older.
• Paid rooms are competitions: you can lose what you put in.
• $PILL is not an investment and nothing here is financial advice. It can lose all its value.
• Blockchain transactions can't be undone, and we can never recover your wallet or your seed phrase.
• Cheating costs you your winnings and your access to the game.
• Right now the game runs on a Solana test network: in-game $PILL is a test token with no monetary value.

WHO CAN PLAY

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher.
• You are responsible for making sure that playing PillWars, entering paid rooms, holding $PILL and staking are legal where you live. If they aren't, don't use them.
• You can't use PillWars if you are subject to sanctions, if you live in a country under comprehensive sanctions, or if we have banned you.

ROOMS, FEES AND PRIZES

• Free rooms cost nothing to enter.
• Paid rooms have an entry fee in $PILL, taken from your in-game balance. The price is shown before you join.
• Classic: you can cash out during the match. A cashout fee applies, and it gets smaller the more kills you have in that match. The exact fee is shown before you confirm.
• Arcade: the pot is shared among the best players of the match, after a house fee. The split is shown in the game.
• Refunds: if you leave a paid room before the match starts, your entry fee goes back to your in-game balance. If we restart a room, every player gets back what they had at stake in it at that moment.
• Disconnections: if you lose your connection during a match, you have a short window to rejoin without paying again. If you don't make it back in time, what you had at stake in that match is lost.
• Results are decided by our server. If a bug or an obvious error affects a match, we may correct the result, cancel the match or return the entries.
• Fees, prices and prize splits can change for future matches. A match you have already entered keeps the conditions shown when you joined.

$PILL, WALLETS AND DEPOSITS

• $PILL is a token on the Solana blockchain. We don't control its price and we don't promise it will keep any value. It is not a share of PillWars or a claim on it, and holding it gives you no right other than using it in the game.
• Test network: while PillWars runs on a Solana test network (devnet), deposits, balances, prizes and staking use test tokens that have no monetary value and can be reset.
• Your wallet is yours (Phantom, Backpack, Solflare...). We never see your private key or your seed phrase and we can't recover them. Whoever has your seed phrase controls your funds.
• Transactions are final. Check the amount before you sign. Network fees (SOL) are paid by you.
• How deposits are held: the Treasury page shows, live and on-chain, where player funds are, what a contract already enforces and what it doesn't yet.
• Withdrawals can be delayed or limited by network problems, maintenance, the per-period limits shown on the Treasury page, or while we review suspected cheating. If a withdrawal fails on-chain, the amount goes back to your in-game balance.

REWARDS, STAKING AND SKINS

• Daily rewards go to the top of the daily leaderboard. Each day's prize list is published on the Treasury page, and there may be a review period before prizes can be claimed. Results that come from cheating can be removed.
• Staking rewards come from what the game earns (room fees and the store), so they go up and down and can be zero. They are not interest and they are not guaranteed. Unstaking has a waiting period, shown before you confirm.
• Skins and in-game points are a license to use items inside PillWars. They have no cash value, can't be refunded and can't be exchanged outside the game unless the game itself offers it.

FAIR PLAY

These are not allowed:

• Bots, scripts, macros or modified game clients.
• Using several accounts or wallets to get an advantage, or teaming up with other players in rooms where it's every pill for itself.
• Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them.
• Attacking, overloading or trying to break into our servers or smart contracts.
• Offensive nicknames, or nicknames that pretend to be someone else.
• Using PillWars to move stolen funds or to launder money.

If you break these rules we can kick or ban you, cancel results and keep back the prizes or winnings you got that way. Found a security problem? Tell us through the security contact and don't exploit it.

NO ADVICE, NO GUARANTEES

• Nothing on PillWars, our X or our Telegram is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
• PillWars is provided "as is". We work to keep it online and fair, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or interruptions, and that includes the on-chain programs.
• Crypto comes with risks that you accept by using it: price swings, bugs in smart contracts, network outages, lost or stolen wallets and changes in the law.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you win or earn.

LIABILITY

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your wallet, the Solana network, third-party services or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

OTHER SERVICES

PillWars works with services we don't run: your wallet, the Solana network, pump.fun (where $PILL was launched), DexScreener (price data), Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies) and Web3Forms (the contact form). Their own terms apply to them, and we aren't responsible for them.

OUR CONTENT

The game, its art, the PillWars name and the logo belong to PillWars. You're welcome to share screenshots and videos of your matches. You can't copy the game or its art, or scrape or overload the website.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

• We can change, pause or end features: rooms, prizes, staking or the store. If we close a feature that holds your balance, we will give you a reasonable way to withdraw it, except for amounts linked to cheating.
• We can update these terms. The date at the top will change, and important changes will be announced on X and Telegram. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
