AIRDROP TERMS

THE SHORT VERSION

• You must be 18 or older.
• Points are not tokens and don't guarantee any amount of $PILLY.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts, bots and fake invites are removed.
• $PILLY is not an investment and nothing here is financial advice. It has not launched yet, and once it does it can lose all its value.
• We never post on X for you and never ask for your seed phrase.

WHO CAN TAKE PART

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher.
• You can only take part if receiving and holding tokens is legal where you live. We may exclude countries where we can't legally distribute them.
• You can't take part if you are subject to sanctions, if you live in a country under comprehensive sanctions, or if we have banned you.

POINTS

• What gives points: your linked X account, the on-chain activity of your linked wallet, social quests, invites and the Daily Arena missions. The page shows how many points each part gives you.
• Points have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, and they only count toward this airdrop.
• Quests are checked. Points for follows, posts, reposts and likes can be removed if the action is undone or can't be verified.
• Daily missions reset every day at 00:00 UTC and each one pays once per day.
• Invites only count when the invited person links a Solana wallet that is at least 60 days old with at least 50 transactions, and pay only up to 50 invites.
• How points are calculated can be adjusted during the airdrop to fix mistakes or stop abuse. Changes will be announced on X and Telegram.

THE $PILLY POOL

• Size: the airdrop is planned at 10% of the $PILLY supply, paid with tokens the team will buy on the market at launch.
• How it is shared: when the airdrop ends we take a snapshot of every point balance. $PILLY will launch after the snapshot, and the pool will be bought at launch and sent right away, split in proportion to points after the checks below. There is no guaranteed amount for anyone.
• Where it goes: tokens will be sent to the Solana wallet linked to your account. Check that it is a wallet you control. We can't recover tokens sent to a wallet you have lost access to.
• The pool size, the snapshot date and how the pool is shared can change before the snapshot. Any change will be announced on X and Telegram.

FAIR PLAY

These are not allowed:

• Several X accounts or several wallets for the same person.
• Bought, fake or automated X accounts, and fake or self-made invites.
• Bots, scripts, macros or modified game clients in the Daily Arena.
• Exploiting bugs in the airdrop page or the game instead of reporting them.

If you break these rules we can remove your points, remove you from the airdrop or ban you. Our decision on these checks is final.

YOUR DATA

• X: when you sign in with X we read your public profile: handle, name, profile picture, account creation date, verified status and follower, following and post counts. We use it to show your card, calculate points and detect duplicate accounts.
• We never post, like, repost or send messages for you. Social quests open X so you do them yourself.
• Wallet: we see your public address and its public on-chain activity. We never see your private key or your seed phrase.
• Public leaderboard: your X handle (or a short form of your wallet address) and your points can be shown on the leaderboard.
• We don't sell your data. It is kept until the airdrop is paid and then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it. You can unlink your accounts at any time from the airdrop page.

NO ADVICE, NO GUARANTEES

• $PILLY will be a token on the Solana blockchain. We won't control its price and we don't promise it will have or keep any value. It will not be a share of PillWars or a claim on it.
• Nothing on the airdrop page, our X or our Telegram is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
• You are responsible for any taxes on the tokens you receive.
• The airdrop page and the Daily Arena are provided "as is". We work to keep them online and fair, but we can't promise they will be free of bugs or interruptions.

LIABILITY

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your wallet, the Solana network, X or other services outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

CHANGES

• We can pause, change or cancel the airdrop. Taking part doesn't create any right to tokens until they are actually sent to your wallet.
• We can update these terms. The date at the top will change, and important changes will be announced on X and Telegram. If you keep taking part after a change, you accept the new terms.
